- afternoon course 1 : home brewing methods + hands on pour-over lessons

- afternoon course 2 : coffee hunting & city guides to coffee

- a rooftop terrace roasting demonstration + open bar coffee cocktails with a local mixologist

We hope that when you leave us you'll leave with not only the skills & knowledge to brew the perfect cup at home as part of your daily ritual but with a new or deepened love & excitement for the narrative & flavors of slow coffee. We want to share the human element, the passion and hard work from bean to cup, behind this product so many of us weave into our daily lives and share the idea that coffee is no different from the food we eat—that quality and sustainability matter. Just like you would go to the farmer's market for your produce, we want you to help you seek out & prepare the coffee equivalent of a perfectly ripe, summer heirloom tomato.
